Ordering & electronic signature
Any order form signed by the customer by the use of a click on “validate order” will be considered as an irrevocable order which will only be nullified in the case where the articles ordered are out of stock. The “click” on validate order accompanied by the validation procedure is considered as a valid electronic signature. This signature is as binding between the parties as a signature written by hand.

4. Delivery :
from 3 to 15 days in metropolitan France
from 3 to 21 days for the rest of the world

5. Transport costs :
-transport costs are included in the price of the article you purchase.

6 In the case of a delay in delivery or of non-delivery due to problems beyond our control, we promise to refund the customer after the articles have been returned to us. For this the customer must request the procedure within 30 working days from the moment the order was placed. We will assume no responsibility for any damage or detriment to the customer.
